Breakthrough Wellness LLC was created in early 2008 with a deep commitment to empower and enable people to be in control of their well-being. As a 50 something year old female baby boomer, I am your classic American example. I lived many years with poor nutrition, stress-filled career-driven days, chemicals, yo-yo dieting, divorces, step children, dying parents, fast food, crazy bosses and hundreds of people unsuccessfully advising me. My favorite was “you should exercise because it releases the endorphins.” I decided to commit to finding a real solution, one that offered real results. After my own personal journey and a lot of education and research and finally SUCCESS, I want people to share what I learned and products I personally used that can support us in taking back control of our lives.
Breakthrough Wellness isn’t about some woo-woo out there stuff. It is our day to day living that we can impact and by that it becomes manageable. If you get only one thing from being on my site I want you to get that I am a real person dealing with real stuff just like you.
